It did go completely flat and it is more fully charged. If i push the main button on the doorbell only the doorbell itself rings as does the mechanical doorbel. Ring light doesn t spin but keeps flashing i just upgraded to the pro. Hello i am trying to set up my ring doorbell 2 and when i press the setup button i get nothing but a solid white light.

My doorbell is fully charged however when i press the orange light it does not spin. In fact the ring is half lit and then the final 3 4 of the ring just feebly blinks on and off. Power is good internet is good other devices work fine. It appears to be the original ring doorbell.
